today I tried a different exercise and it was fun! I did Gold's Gym Cardio workout game for the wii for 35 minutes.

i know what you mean!!! i didnt work out on saturday or sunday and i gained one pounds this week :( Back to the drawing board......

I ate too much during the weekend, and I hope that won't hurt my goals. I was also too lazy to exercise today; however, I got up and did it (45 minutes).I guess my workout is getting boring to me, so today I tried something different.

Hi team,
today I did 45 minutes of "My Fitness Coach" focused on cardio.
Lately I've been feeling tired, and I'm not feeling up to exercise; however, I still get up and do it, but I'm bored with my routine and don't know what to do instead. Also, I've been cheating my diet a lot lately, and I hope that I can still lose weight this week. I'm loosing my motivation. Worse, next month my nephew is coming from NY and I want to ensure he will have a good time, and that means I'll have less time to exercise.

Hi all!! So I did Tracy Anderson Mat Workout DVD for 1 hour and then went on the elliptical for 1 hour today!!!

yesterday I did 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of yoga. Yoga is so relaxing, and helps me to reduce stress.

Hi ladies,
I'm glad to know how good we're doing this month. I've been trying to increase the amount of exercise, but I'm lowering the intensity of my workouts because of muscle soreness. I worked out Monday and Tuesday, but today I'm so tired. However, I'll try to workout later on. Now, I'm going to take the kids to the pool, since their summer break already started in Florida.

Hi Team!!!

YAHH!!!! I know that when we did this challenge back in April I lost quite a bit of weight that month just for the simple reason that my team logged in our fitness minutes every day under this thread....it kept everyone motivated! Today is my day off - been exercising everyday for the past week :) But will be back at it tomorrow!! GO TEAM 3!!!
