Well, ladies Im late starter but Im here now. I did my 30 day challenge of Wii Active and I will be going to the gym tonite. Mostly because I have an awesome husband who loves to take over baby duty when he gets home. :) Well... 24 minutes today for me so far. I gotta catch up.

Um yeah...team 3 is kicking out butts. Let's go! I have made a goal of 450 fitness minutes this week, and I hope to surpass it and get to 500!!! So far I've done 20 minutes Jillian 30 DS & going to play 40 minutes of touch football tonight!
mummamichelle way to go on you fitness min. I usually do a little on the eliptical and I have a dvd from preventions that has three 10 min work out cardio blast, pilaties and kickboxing and I alternate between those

Hey team one members!! How is everyone going with their fitness minutes!! Let's post and give each other encouragement. I know I need some. I need to get my butt in motion this month. So far I have about 245 fitness minutes but I know I could be doing far more.
I haven't done my exercise for today but will post again once I have. :) Let's get moving ladies!!!
