Go to the very top big bold heading of "Healthy Lifestyle" and then the 'fitness' section under that heading. Then from their main fitness page for articles....look to the left for Spark People's "Walking Guide."
Take a day to read the first one, and the next one on the next...and so forth at your own pace. Some people have a lot more time on their hands than others...so we will do just two a week here.
