Friday and Saterday we loded wood. Friday we unloaded it and split it so it was lighter. Hard wet wood. Our splitter is rated at 2700 ft lbs,and it was too much for it in one press.

Yesterday, I did my 2 hours' work with a young autistic friend. I managed to get him moving for a while and got myself 20 minutes or so of SP exercises, mainly Lower Body and Core.

Today, I have walked outdoors as well as indoors.

Today I have I have done a load of at-home cleaning, moved stuff around in the house, and done a load of shopping (which last, I've tried to keep DH moving so I can count the time for exercise and activity.

This week is a sort-of time off for me, so I can have the odd sit down that will count towards time.......
I've taken a few minutes out this evening to do my nails. I think that's where I'll stop for this evening.
Now I need to finish the top coat fir my nails - and just work with whatever happens here or elsewhere in my various friendship groups.

Went shopping at Bass Pro with my husband a good 2 hrs walking, slow pace.
Hiked for 30 min in the woods, then went for my mile power walk with friend. A day of walking! emoticon

Spent a glorious hour outside in the sunshine walking in the woods and fields and climbing a hill for a great view. Then we cleaned up the basement and moved some furniture from one end of the house to the other.

Did 45 minutes on eliptical trainer. This evening I spent another 3 hours installing shoeplate on my baseboards in the livingroom.
