Ok, so I missed my goal by 1 lb, but I did lose 2 lbs, and that is better than nothing! I will take anything I can lose!! Anyway, last week was kinda stressful, so I am hoping this week I can get back on track. So I am resetting my goal to lose 5 lbs by April 1st. emoticon

I am def. in, my goal is to be to 170 by 2/19 which is my next next weigh in day LOL! I was shooting for this weekend but Ive been going out and drinking to much beer so I need a week to get myself back on track! :)

Its good to see you want to jump in the challenge I know if we stay on track and dont give in to the " dont feel like it today" mode we will hit our little goal. emoticon

A little everyday adds up in the end, after all I didnt gain it overnight.

I think we need a new Weight Loss Challenge to keep this Team Going!!!
Lets Start with a small goal Who is in with me???

I need to lose 2 lbs by 2/15 That's only 2 lbs is there anyone that can do that or more with me??? Let me know if your in. emoticon

yes i am in... I have joined other challanges but the other groups dont seem to be keeping up to date. I think a 30 day challange would be good, maybe every month and we can do mini weigh ins every week on the same day and than go off a combo of weight loss and inches :) Please let me know!

I would be happy to start something for the group, i would think a 30 day challenge would be good? I'll give it some thought and send out a mail, in the mean time any other suggestions would be great!!

I am in a biggest loser pool with some friends...and it really was helping for the first eight weeks. I still have about 5-10 pounds that I want to lose. I am pretty new to sparks people groups and stuff. I would totally be down with a challenge type thing...because my motivation as of late to eat well has been really bad. I am not sure what kinda challenge to do though. Anyways if you have any ideas or suggestions...i would be in.

Hey guys- I am new to this. I signed up for Sparkpeople awhile ago, and am just starting to look around on it now. Long story short, used to be a very fit and toned 150 lbs...just gave birth to my son and now have to lose 62 lbs to get back to where I was! Does anyone want to start a time specific weight loss challenge? Whether it's 30 days or every 2 weeks, or whatever...I'm up for suggestions. Just looking for some motivation, and I'm competitive so I know a challenge will help me! My darned husband is already in great shape, so I don't have anyone to join me on my journey!
