I forgot to post my fitness minutes last week, sorry! I had 96. Unfortunately I had that many by Wednesday evening and didn't add in any more the rest of the week :(
Still spending most of my time unpacking boxes and putting things away, which although going up and down the stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying the boxes is a workout, it's hard to measure and put fitness minutes on it. Next week I will be joining a gym, so you'd better watch out! I'm going to break the 100 fitness minute barrier I seem to have!
I am issuing an on going, weekly challenge. There will be other challenges and I would like to do at least one rally this year... but this one is a weekly, on going one.
Every week, when you are done with your last work out for the week, post your total weekly fitness totals here. The biggest total on Sunday morning, wins a Spark Goodie! Simple! So simple that you can not NOT do it!
