Hi. I was wondering if anyone has done the Adventure Boot Camp offered in Milwaukee? I signed up for the boot camp that starts May 12 at 5:30am. It's for four weeks and you work out 5 days per week (every week day). I'm a little nervous, but anxious and excited as well. Here's the website: www.milwaukeebootcamp.com. For April, I plan on exercising more. Been busy at work getting everything ready for my boss to move her office to Michigan. I only work Mondays and Tuesdays now until my last day 4/15. I am at work today (Wed), but last Wed. I'll be working. Last week I had 3 phone interviews and one live interview, but I turned the job down. So starting tomorrow, I'm going to exercise every day (Th - Sun). Wish me luck. Want to be at least to 190 by end of April.
My April goal is to lose 3 pounds. The weight has been coming off very slowly lately so I don't want to be more agressive than that. I am going to do it by increasing my workout intensity and go for longer sessions.
My goal for April is actually to better my total number of steps for March. I didn't quite make the March challenge, so I am going to continue to make that my goal until I do. I actually created an excel spreadsheet and logged my steps every day. I did 139,894 steps in March, but on those snow days, I sat and looked out the window a lot! So my goal is to beat the March number at least.....
