Hi, Everyone! Just saw the Team Goals and thought I'd post mine for this week! Keep in mind...I'm still doing my Zumba tomorrow! So that will add another 50 minutes!

Friday: 50 360

TOTAL SO FAR: 240 min./1728 calories burned!

Saturday: Plan to do another 50
minutes for a total of 290 this week!

Week of 5/11 - 5/17:

Monday: 60 minutes Zumba
Wednesday: 55 minutes Zumba
Thursday: 25 minutes Zumba
Friday: 55 minutes Zumba
Saturday: 60 minutes Zumba

Total: 255 minutes

Just made it! The first half of the week was not stellar in terms of my eating habits. But I was able to turn it around mid-week and the last couple of days I've gotten back on track.

I'm back! Actually, we got back on Sunday but this week has been crazy-busy so I haven't had much Spark time. Our weekend was awesome. It was so nice to have some time without the kids to reconnect. I've been zumba-ing this week, but my eating habits have not been great. This weekend we had all kinds of delicious but unhealthy food & drinks, then once we got home I made cupcakes for a baby shower (and sampled a lot, not to mention helping myself to the leftovers). I can definitely feel it, so today I'm back to clean eating and hopefully within a couple of days I'll feel less sluggish. Anyhow, it's good to be back & I hope you all are having a good week!

I think 250 minutes sounds great (although I'll count other cardio in there for myself, since I like to mix it up a lot!). I'll have to start next week. My fabulous husband surprised me with a long weekend romantic getaway & my inlaws are coming today to watch our kids. Woo Hoo! emoticon

Minimum Zumba minutes sounds great! I try to do Zumba 5-6 times a week, usually 50-60 minutes each. 5 x 50 would be 250 minutes a week. What do you think?

I'm sorry for the delay. Maybe set a minimum in zumba minutes we all have to attain to. I know it' already into May but it's not to late to start, right?
