I am looking for a work out parner. I go to the LA Fitness at K Ave/Spring Creek and would love to find someone that is interested in working out in the mornings. I typically work out 7-8ish, but I can go earlier if need be and some evenings as well. I am also wanting to possibly train myself to be able to do a 5k. I hate running because it hurts me so much, but I need some endurance training and my friends and boyfriend like to do 5ks. I was thinking about getting the couch to 5k app for my phone and using that, but would really love to find someone that would like to join me and keep me accountable.
