Hey guys! Just wanted to post a little something about the Daily Challenges and how to navigate them.
Each week, I'll be posting a list of the Daily Challenges. They will be in a Sticky Topic directly underneath this one. Then, the next Sunday, I'll post the following week's challenges. If you have any questions about them, let me know, but I think they're pretty self-explanatory!
We start out small, but there will be some more difficult challenges and I may be adding some weekly/monthly challenges eventually as well. I want to keep these simple because they're something that everyone can do, regardless of having access to a gym. They're little bursts of get-up-and-go!
