I will always have curves, thats jut my make up but I embrace it at 317.6 and will also do it at 217.6 lbs. They are mine and Hmoph I know how to work them.

i also love einsteen and the way he got his ideas I love to travel on the spur of the moment and i love portland oregon, hawaii. I enjoy all forms of art and the galleries

I love my curves because I love me. But I will not sacrifice my health for them.. SO I am trying all type of things to find what I need in this Journey.

Often when females work out , they want to lose weight everywhere but get a round butt at the same time. Let’s face it , the rear end is a tough body part to shape just right. If you want to shed some fat from your body, you might not really want to lose inches in your butt as well .

As a matter of fact , that was my first question when I began working with a personal trainer some months ago . How to Iose weight and make my behind larger and fuller ? The trainer admitted it was a popular curiosity , but he wasn’t absolutely positive how to answer it. He said that muscle training and running would get me in the best shape of my life , but that my butt would become toned and, as a result, be smaller . ” It’s normal ,” he promised .

” I can’t do this ,” I thought. “My husband thinks my butt is hot .” My husband was worried about me working out , because he didn’t want me muscular looking .

The trainer knew a lot about getting fit , but he apparently knew very little about what women want . My fitness was not like that of a male , or even a female bodybuilder . I desired to lose fat and build muscle while retaining my soft curves .

I was beginning to think my dream was ridiculous and impossible until I thought of world-class lingerie models, whose exemplary bodies are desired all over the world . You could bounce a quarter off those girls , but they are still the ideal of the sexy, feminine woman. Their limbs appear long and supple , but they are still so fit as well .

Tips to get the perfect feminine fit body:

Yoga and/or Pilates

I know it seems the practice Yoga must have outlived it usefulness or been replaced by a more modern technique . To me , it didn’t seem like it could actually modify my body type , but rather affect limberness and relaxation . But then I began noticing that most of the women who had the kind of body I wanted to obtain touted Yoga as a big part of their fitness schedule . Yoga works effectively to tone your muscles while stretching and slimming them , to achieve that long, slender look I had previously chalked up to good genes . Yoga is also low-key, low-impact, gentler on the joints, and easy to begin at any age .

The Key Ingredient is Protein

Dietary protein is essential to build muscle. You do NOT want to skimp on it! . If you try to lose fat through cardio exercises or reducing caloric intake without ingesting a large enough amount of protein, you’ll end up resembling a skeleton in a skin sack . Also, your head will appear too large for your frame . Everyone has seen the tabloid images of the female celebrities who have “bobble heads.” That is a perfect example of what it looks like to strip fat and not build muscle .

Target Your Results with Muscle Focus

Each individual is shaped at least slightly different . I had about average breasts, way too much fat in the tummy , narrow hips, and tiny calves. I needed to build a different set of muscles than what someone with a different variation of body ratios than mine . Also, not only does it matter is that it matters not only what body shape you START with , but which body shape you want to end with. I needed to build muscle in my abs , butt , hip and calves while at the same time stripping fat all over , especially in my problematic ab and thigh areas . But I didn’t want to get rid of such a large amount of fat that the result was a flat chest and gaunt face, which is important especially for women in their thirties and up . I know it seems confusing , but a combination of the RIGHT muscle building exercises, the right foods , and the right amount of cardio , the body shape you desire is simple to get . Even if you think your body “just won’t do that.”
