Im so happy that I have stayed on my grind.. I just hope it stays when the weather gets colder.

Today was 3.11 miles with 10 mins of none stop running. Thats a big thing for me since I have not ran for about 4 yrs. This is my new challenge and I will be a runner.

Stop the presses I did 4.79 miles....

Now today was a little bit different I had to rush so I pushed myself on the elliptical this morning for 2.1 miles in 32 mins and then ab work... I didnt really want to go but the morning workout is so much better for me.
