Debra well done for you, just track your goal at the bottom of our team. The idea is to get going again. I believe every little step we put in make a difference. Anything counts this is just an idea to get going again. If you feel you did walk for the day extra as the normal it counts !!! Maybe later we can put some time in, but for now we just get into the routine of excercise again.
For those who are fit, you decide how far or long and how fast. It is all up to you..

It's too cold here for me to go out walking. Instead, I put my rebounder back into the living room now that the Christmas tree is gone and so is my cough. O.M.G.! I couldn't even do five minutes! So I've been getting on it a few minutes at a time throughout the day. It looks likes it's going to take a couple of days to get used to it again. Does climbing up and down a step ladder, to clean the ceiling fan, count? I also bought an MP3 player the other day after driving the sales'kids' crazy with questions. Now I finally know that an IPOD is just the brand name of an MP3 player. My age is showing. LOL!!!!
Tomorrow the Raleigh Sparkers are supposed to meet at the food court and go mall walking. I hope I get to go!
