Key#3 - Strength Training (did you do yes or no )_
Key#4 - Stay within your calorie range yes or no

I've had team members ask about challenges or something to keep them accountable. This has kept me accountable on my h2o cardio strength training calorie range and carbs protein and fats Start tomorrow 3/9
