5 Keys to Successful weight loss

Key#1 - Drink water 0 (how much water intake for the day)
Key#2 - Cardio 0 minutes (how many minutes of cardio day)
Key#3 - Strength Training (did you do yes or no )_
Key#4 - Stay within your calorie range yes or no
