I also love to split summer squash in half. Add a little water to dish, salt and pepper and cook until tender. This melts in your mouth. The microwave is also wonderful for cooking cream corn, corn on the cob and makes perfect rice.

Nordic Ware makes great microwave products. I've purchased a two egg poacher, scrambled egg cooker (the size of an english muffin so its easy to make an omelet on a muffin to go), a rice bowl that makes perfect rice, and a popcorn bowl that uses no oil. Love these products!!!

I boil up some eggs, peal them and put in freg. When I want a hot boiled egg I cut one in half and microeave for 20 seconds. May be less depending on yor microeave.

Great idea. I never knew how to poach an egg in the microwave. I make my own Egg McMuffin's at home. Love them.

I poach eggs in the microwave, then put them on an english muffin.

I spray a small bowl with pam, crack in an egg, add a tsp of water, then prick the yolk so it doesn't explode. I do the 30 sec cook, stir, and then watch it. Every micro is different, remember to cover in case it decides to explode anyways.

hungrygirl.com has a huge selection of teacup omelets made with egg beaters.
