Down 5 lbs., but have hit a serious plateau the past few weeks and trying to jump-start my body into losing mode again.

my mood is at times tied to my weight - not good, but true!
slowly slinking down - just came off of spring break which was rough - we were camping and my mom was in charge of food - we talked about it ahead of time, but then she packed Goo Goo clusters (pecan), a 5 lb box of Russell Stover's chocolates, boxes of chips, etc. and not any of the raw veggies and fruits that we had discussed - I ended up having to go to Wal-Mart to buy stuff that I could eat.
Didn't gain anything, but didn't lose anything either - the lack of a gain is probably a miracle.

funny enough when I first read that I didn't know if you meant our moods and then I read and saw it was weight, lol, well I hope everyone had a good laugh, I am down just past 20 lbs!

Going down - but ever so slowly - and am a little dissapointed - recently joined a gym and have been working out 6 days a week - very hard - lots of cardio and strength training - but weight still coming off very slow - but at least it's coming off.
I can do ALL things thru Christ who strengths me.
Nohing tastes as good as losing weight feels!
