I an allergic to peppers - all kinds of peppers (the only one I can eat is the little black peppercorns as long as they are very finely ground....) so I won't be trying this. Sorry....

That sounds delicious! I'd have to use mild sausage (can't handle much heat), but it looks wonderful.

Turkey & Hot Chicken Sausage Chili
1lb Ground Turkey
1lb Hot Chicken Sausage (Remove meat from casings)
4 Cans of KIdney Beans
4 Cans Rotel
TBS: Onion Powder
1/4 Sweet Bay Rays Barbecue Sauce
2 TBS Weber's Kicking Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Chili Pepper

Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to make cleaning easier.

I made this for a post football game party and they didn't realize that it was ground turkey and chicken. It was a hit, there was enough left for my lunch the next day. emoticon

Making another batch tomorrow emoticon
