I actually found this recipe on either pinterest or a book I read, but I have made a lot of variations to it to make it mine. Its really tasty, easy to make and you can make a bunch at one time that will last a week.
1 giant can of canned chicken breast in water (I use the trader joes canned chicken)
1 cup Greek yogurt 0 or 2%
4 Tbsp flavored light mayo
1 tbsp yellow mustard
THESE INGREDIENTS ARE TO YOUR TASTE:
salt and pepper
diced orange bell peppers
Mix all and refrigerate. Its perfect for a quick protein packed lunch
