Sandwiches. Chicken soup. (I always keep chicken stock on hand by simmering the roast chicken carcass overnight in my crockpot. \can't imagine paying $2-3 for a carton of the same thing!) Chicken tetrazinni: chicken, mushrooms, pasta and cheese, plus white sauce or a can of mushroom soup if I'm lazy. Chef salad or Cobb salad.
