Agreed! We made a garlic chicken and bow ties dish last week with it, using the Philly instead of half and half and Parm and it was even better warmed up as leftovers!

You are right. I got the garlic and made a chicken & brocolli casserole. It was great and it made a total of 5 meals for me. Only 100 calories for 4 servings. Fat is high though but better than other choices.

Try the new Phillie Cream Cheese Mixers in the dairy aisle. There are 3 or 4 flavors. We tried Chipotle first. Mixed it with a can of chopped tomatoes, bag of frozen chopped onions and 4 very large chicken breasts. Cooked at 375 for about 45 min. Was great and only took 5 min to prep. These mixers are my replacement to cream of anything!
