WOW! Great minds must think alike! A month ago I poured apple juice over a pork roast in a baggie & threw it in the freezer. It's going in the crock pot today with sliced apple & some veggies!
I loved your skillet recipe too. Thank you for posting & I hope you share more recipes in the future, Lauri

Let's be nice to OURSELVES

Quick and easy to do at the beginning of the day. You may also add all the ingredients and place into zip lock bag and put in the refrigerator overnight. Then add to crockpot the next morning and turn on.
610 Minutes to Prepare and Cook This recipe is easy to half or quarter. I used the leftovers the next day and sauted onions and red bell pepper in a skillet with a little olive oil- Then add the cut-up pork chops and barbeque sauce. Quick and easy. Serve in a whole grain bun or tortillia.

Ingredients

10-12 Pork loin chops
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
Salt and Pepper, as desired
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Seasoning Salt
2 cups (scant) apple juice
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot in order given. Cook pork chops on high for 1 to 2 hours-then reduce to low for 6 to 8 hours
Makes 12 servings
