Since I started this challenge, I have been focusing on ways to increase my movement and not concerning myself with portions/emotional eating/coping skills. I was able to prioritize exercise first thing in the morning and chose to keep that the focus until it becomes a habit. Earlier this week, I was afraid to weigh in but finally bit the bullet. Gad that I did. I'm down three more pounds WooHoo!
