I am very pleased. I've been working out like crazy, biking, walking. It has been fun. Sure hope I can keep this up in the next quarter!

I have not been on here for quite a while. I'm at 225 now and since there is about half the quarter left I am setting my goal for September 30th as 212. My weight loss has slowed down, but I'm really enjoying life and all I am able to do now!

Since I started this challenge, I have been focusing on ways to increase my movement and not concerning myself with portions/emotional eating/coping skills. I was able to prioritize exercise first thing in the morning and chose to keep that the focus until it becomes a habit. Earlier this week, I was afraid to weigh in but finally bit the bullet. Gad that I did. I'm down three more pounds WooHoo!

Day 7 A success ... last night I ate a big spinach salad and the snacky habit was put in its place.

Shapingup4me247 - I have thought about not weighing in tomorrow, scale day. I know I have done good and do not want the demon scale to let me down. I have had lot's better luck getting in my exercising doing it first thing in the morning.

My Day 1 for this challenge was July 7, 2013. I'm very happy to report that after several days (on top of the previous several months) of trying and failing to consistently fit in an after work workout, I switched to morning workouts. I have stuck to this switch for the last 12 days. Scared to weigh in right now though. I do not want to feel deflated if the scale is not yet reflecting my new found healthy habit. I'll give it another week or so before I resume weighing in. I want my AM exercise habit to be cemented. emoticon

Day 4 and I am right on track. Doing all the things I set out to do. Staying off the scale so it does not pee on my cornflakes ... I mean dampen my positive attitude.

Hey, how do you "down load" the work out music from the daily email I receive??? Every time I open the link, it takes me to Amazon. Is this free? Do I need my 2 year old grandson to help me?

So I started at 251 lbs in may, did something and got to 244. Then I took my summer-brake and I am just stuck at 244 (but I didn't gain any)
So last Monday I got back home and started again on SP and I still am 244

So .....
