This team has been so supportive, informative, and non-judgmental! The co-leaders have been awesome, and I felt welcomed from the very beginning. I've had great advice on questions that I wanted answered, and I've realized I'm not alone in a lot of things I've been through during pregnancy and a pregnancy loss. I love this team! I can't get on this site at work anymore so it's been hard to be as active on here everyday, but I think about all of you!

Well let me just say, this team ROCKS! I love the fact that we can all come together and post things that we wouldn't normally post on other teams (people freaked out all over me when I mentioned stretch and sweep on one of my others... oops!! LOL). I love the connections that I have formed since joining and I feel it has helped center me a lot and helped me keep my motivation where it needs to be, knowing that pregnancy isn't always an easy road to go down.
Co-leading has been fun, too. I will be sad when I have my baby and won't be able to bond with all you pregnant mommies, lol!!
This team has helped me in alot of different ways throughout my pregnancy. In the 1st trimester I loved all of the support & helpful answers I had to my questions since I was so clueless. In the 2nd trimester this team provided alot of motivation for me to get my butt moving (exercise) and make healthy food choices. In the 3rd trimester I've been enjoying the opportunity to share what I've learned with others just starting their pregnancy journey.
The one constant throughout, though, has been having some really good leaders who are a consistent presence on the boards. They've offered support, research and always a comment or two on every post, which really makes a difference in calling this board 'home' during pregnancy.
I really like that this team is a caring, supportive community... I know I won't get flamed for anything I post here, and I also know that people will be honest but also help keep me from freaking out about every little thing. I also really like the fact that this team draws together women from all stages of pregnancy... that's actually a lot more helpful to me than being on a team with 10,000 women who are due in October on babycenter.com.
I love this team because everyone keeps it real. - the good the bad and the ugly. pregnancy is beautiful and lovely and all that but lets just say it - there are somethings that are hard. I am so glad I can come here and not feel alone.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It's not just in some of us; its in all of us."
I'm happy I found you all beacuse my other teams are all mind set on losing weight and I can no longer lose. I will actually gain. I went to the SBaby site and didn't like it so I decided to stay and work on tracking and getting some kind of exercise in and then I found you all. You all keep me motivated to atleast try to get things done. I am tracking faithfully until dinner time and have gained 8# and have finally stayed there for 2 weeks now going on 3.
Another thing is that I am finding out you all went through some of the things I am now. It has been quite awhile since my last baby (13 yrs) that this one feels all new to me.
Mostly from everyone here I get - "I can stay healhty and have a baby. I won't be gaining 59# with this baby. I can do this." and I feel good about myself and this experience to do it right this time.
This team has already helped and supported me in so many ways. Helpful when I have a question. Having the question of the day has helped answer up coming questions I know I would have had. Becoming a part of this team I know I'm not in this alone and have support and motivation to stay active and accountable for what I'm eating (healthy). This is a great :)

For me, the best thing I get from this team is support and motivation - especially on staying fit during pregnancy. I need all the help I can get and when I see all of you exercising and your cute belly bump photos, it really motivates me to get moving. Same for tracking calories and maintaining a good diet - I've learned pregnancy is not a 9 month excuse from healthy living. It really helps to see so many good examples on the team. Second I have to say, I love getting answers and feedback to all of the questions I have going through my first pregnancy. You guys rock! Please let us know if you have any ideas for how we can continue or make changes to help you meet your goals!
