Our Challenge this trip will be "HEATLHY EATING" and its an ALL OR NOTHING challenge. OH MY HUH? If you eat ALL SNACKING (or NOT snacking if you are one who does NOT snack) for those inbetween meals, than please count a "TOTAL" of 10 FOR THE DAY, NOT per meal, but YES PER DAY. This will help you to look back thru the challenge for ur name,,,and to see how WELL you do on snacking and the choices you make. Also come ur weigh in day,,,, if you are normally one who "snacks mindlessly" and eats and eats such things as ice cream, cookies, chips, etc without the thought of what it is ur reaching for, on Weigh in day you SHOULD notice QUITE a difference !!
