My goal is to keep losing. I have managed to lose 22 pounds since October, and am looking to keep up the progress. I have been stuck at the same weight for a while now, so my goal is to move past this plateau and keep losing. I have 46 pounds left to lose to reach my first goal. I hope to increase my productivity and shed 46 more pounds and several more inches by summer.

Hi, thank God there is some activity on this forum!I joined This forum a couple of days ago but... Well, last year I managed to lose 15 lbls in 8 months (it includes dec also)I am happy that even if I am not losing any more but able to maintain it:) This year I would like to lose 10 to 12 lbs...so I want to be under 118 lbs in feb09. asma
