Hello again

I am doing Pilates to strenghten the knees and i do walk everyday so may be i can record that? I AM IN emoticon

Lulu, yes you are welcome to join. I would encourage you to do strength training focusing on your abs and arms and such since you can't do much with your knees. Also, you don't have to do the exercise minutes consecutively, so you might want to take 4 or 5 ten minute walks each day or something like that. Whatever works for you!
