Mon 13th - Bikini Workout
Tues 14th - Tricep kick backs (in the ocean! hehe!) The 100
Wed 15th -
Thurs 16th -
Fri 17th -
Sat 18th - The 100, Wall pushups

Woo hoo..Nancy...way to go! I have had a really OFF week this week. I need to get refocused and get my exercise in...a couple days I was not home...and then today I was busy all day with school planning for beginning on MOnday!

This week get in some strength training

Sun-Hip Flexor,Push-ups etc 20 min
Mon-Wall Push-ups-10 min
Tues-took the day off
Wed- Wall Push-ups-10 min
Thurs- 90 wall pushups
Fri- 10 min dumbbells
Sat- took day off

Mon. 8/13 - 2 sets of calf raises with chair, 30 mins. walking
Tue. 8/14 - 2 sets of 4 upper body strength exercises and 60 mins. walking
Wed. 8/15 - 2 sets core strength training exercises, 20 minutes walking
Thu. 8/16 - 2 sets of 4 upper body strength exercises, 40 minutes cardio

Fri. 8/17 - 2 sets lower body strength training exercises, 45 minutes cardio
Sat. 8/18 - 2 sets of 4 upper body strength exercises, 25 minutes cardio
