Jessica has challenged us to do some Wall Pushups this week.
Her challenge is do 5-10 reps, maybe 2 or 3 sets throughout the day.
Sunday July 8th: 10 reps X 2
Monday July 9th: 10 reps X 2
Tuesday July 10th: 10 reps X 1
Wednesday July 11th:
too stiff today to force my body to anything.
Thursday July 12th: 10 reps X 2
Friday July 13th: 10 reps X 2
Saturday July 14th: had the day off.......LOL
