Just a quick pop in to say I have thought of a challenge for next week.

I can see from this week's challenge that no matter how conscious I am of the need...I can't get enough in diet alone. I'm going to have to add a supplement. I don't have osteoporosis, but I break very easily. I've already broken a rib sneezing!

For some of us the calcium in vitamens etc would be are only real calcuim so it is fair to track it. We are just taking stock of our own intake and seeing if we can improve it.

I almost never have enough calcium, but I do take calcium supplements, so that would sort of skew my results....... Leslie

Well I think either one of those is a good thing to track.
We as females need to have the calcium as a priority to avoid oesteoporosis & an excess of salt is a heart killer.
Let me know what you decide.

I'm having a problem getting enough calcium right now. Maybe we could track calcium...or something else, like sodium? What do you guys think?

She's definitely photogenic...but, her disposition could use some work. She's picking up some bratty tendencies at daycare. But, the whole family is working to break that habit before it can fully form. Hopefully it's just a "stage". When she wants to be she can be the sunniest, sweetest child. And very intelligent. Sometimes too smart for her own good.

Hey Sharyn, I posted the photo to show the 6 inches I had chopped off the hair. I decided to go short. Lost a half a pound just in hair! But, I accidentally changed the picture today while uploading the newest picture of Ericka I shot this evening. But, she's such a cutie that I decided to leave her for a few days before I switch it back. In case you weren't sure with the previous photo, the beautiful lady on my left is my darling mom!

I really missed you guys. I feel like I've been gone a month instead of a few days. I still have 120 messages to work my way through! But I did my wall pushups! I took my dumbbells with me to the hotel and we worked out at night!

Okay, found the thread. I'll be posting my progress Sunday afternoon, but I did some today (Saturday)
Sat: 3 sets of 10
Sun: O, cardio instead
Mon: 0, cardio instead
Tues: 2 sets of 15 as recommended in my strength training routine

Jessica has challenged us to do some Wall Pushups this week.
Her challenge is do 5-10 reps, maybe 2 or 3 sets throughout the day.
My progress:
Sunday July 8th: 10 reps X 2
Monday July 9th: 10 reps X 2
Tuesday July 10th: 10 reps X 1
Wednesday July 11th: too stiff today to force my body to anything.
Thursday July 12th: 10 reps X 2
Friday July 13th: 10 reps X 2
Saturday July 14th: had the day off.......LOL
