Hello stranger,

how is you?? I am great these days. Not long been out of bed, have done my strength traing for today & am about to have breakfast befroe I take the dogs for their daily walk. Then it nose to the grindstone & get some housework done. God only knows who keeps coming into my house & messing it up so bad. I am only here on my own....... surely 1 person could not make such a mess........... emoticon

Thank you, Jennifer, I really appreciate that. Your cat is absolutely adorable, btw.

Progress so far:
Saturday: 3 sets 10 wall push-ups each as part of my strength training. Spark actually recommended for me 2 sets of 12-15, but I didn't see that until I was done.

I'm going to try and start with 5-10 reps, maybe 3 sets. This was going to be my new goal this week, so I haven't actually started it yet (I've been kind of lazy this week). I think that should be about right for anyone not used to doing them. I'm heading to bed now, it's about 1:30 am here, but I'll let you know how I do tomorrow!

I'm not sure. Um, push-ups? I've been trying to work on wall-pushups after my warm-up and before my cardio. I don't know what the last challenges have been either, before water and sit-ups.

I know there's only one day left of this challenge, but check out today's feature Video: 15-minute Abs workout. It's really diverse and works the whole abdominal area including abs, obliques, lower back, and hips. Great way to end the challenge. I'm new to sparkpeople and this group, but I'm up for next week's challenge!
