Try to do or redo(LEARN) ONE thing NEW (something you are not doing now) throughout the month (consistantly 30 days)....
BEing consistant with it...(doesnt mean you have to do it daily, just at least once in awhile during the month)
something you may have always wanted to do (or have done and stopped doing it) or something you have considered to do but didnt or were afraid to do it...
I am going to get back to DAILY writing in one of my journals...my daily log...
(LOL have a lot of journals with different focus points )
