What's your health goal? What is your healthy size? Do you want to climb a flight of steps without panting? Do you want to walk without your thighs rubbing together? (This was mine when I first started my journey.)
My "honest" goal is a tight, healthy size 10, nothing down to my knees -- however, I STILL am working on a size 8.
