I did lousy on trying to make goals last week, I started out great Monday and Tuesday then it all went downhil from there, even gained a few pounds back.
However, it is a new week and I am getting right back on track.
My Goals this week are:
1. To eat at least one fruit or vegetable as or with every meal.
2. To drink 10 glasses of water each day.
3. To stick to my eating schedule and only eat when I am hungry.
4. To take my vitamins every day
5. To walk at least 10,000 steps a day
6. To do strength training 2 times this week.
