This challenge begins on Monday, December 3rd and ends on Monday, December 31st. We're going to do the challenge just like we did in November, simply because I couldn't think of anything different to do with everything else I have going on. We will again be competing individually. There are 3 parts to this challenge:
1) minimum of 250 minutes of exercise (cardio or strength or a mix of both) per week = 10 points
2) minimum of 8 glasses of water per day = 1 point per day
3) minimum of 5 times posting anywhere in the team forum per day = 1 point per day
BONUS - 5 points for maintaining your weight or losing any amount of weight each week

You will post your starting weigh-in on Monday, December 3rd.

The other check-ins will be on Monday, December 10th, Monday, December 17th, Monday, December 24th, and Monday, December 31st where you will post in the following manner:
1) Total minutes of exercise = 300 = 10 points
2) 8 glasses of water every day = 7 points
3) 5 times posting daily every day = 7 points
Bonus - Starting Weight = 179.6; Current Weight = 178.6 = 5 points
Week 1 Points = 29 points
Total Points = 29 points

I will create a spreadsheet like I have done in the past where you will be able to keep track of your points. If you do not post your check-in by midnight on each Monday, you will be removed from the challenge (I just don't have time to chase everyone down to get their check-in) unless you have contacted me previously to let me know there will be a delay in your checking in.

I will post weekly updates of winners. If you want to participate, please go to the Challenges forum and post "I'm in!" in the GEARING UP FOR THE DECEMBER CHALLENGE no later than Sunday, December 2nd, at 11:59 pm CST.
