I thought I would add a challenge.
I want to be able to do 50 perfect form pushups by the end of the month.
That is a tall order but hey we did 100 crunches a day.
I have poor upper body strength and I want to change that. This will do it and also allow me to work on my abs as well.

Come on, let's do this!!!

1. 2 set of 20 using an exercise ball

Well I did not do what I set out to do, but i am not giving up. I will get to 50 Regular push ups!!
