I think I did really good. I am going to cont w/the 100 and add in push ups. I want to work up to 50. emoticon

By form I am going to work my way to the correct form -
I am going to start w/the balance ball and then if that works well I will see which way I will go from there.

Hi team - The goal of this challenge is to be able to do at least 100 crunches/sit-ups a day. It does not matter where you begin. We will post how many crunches we do on a daily basis until we get to at least 100.
