Sunday. Nov. 8 still reading 169.5 / 170


I can feel my body firming... I honestly thought I would have lost at least go to a steady 169...

I will be weighing in on wed. / Sun. again...
see if psycologically that might help me...

I am hoping to be at least 165 by Dec. 1

I am going back to my weekly weigh ins on Sun.

My goal for November is to get my finances and my paperwork in order.

To continue avoiding soft drinks, even diet ones

My goals are to continue losing weight and not gaining. To survive the Thaksgiving holiday without gaining and to lose a couple of inches. To exercise daily by walking and playing WII.

Angels are all around us; you just gotta believe



I realize that I have not changed my lifestyle yet and still need to work on that.
