* OCTOBER 2009 *** Exercising routine *

1. 120 min. Cardio
2. 120 min. cardio 30 min. strengthening
3. 120 min. cardio


Weeks Exercise total min. 390 min.

4. 120 min. cardio
5. 120 min. cardio 30 min. strength
6. 80 min. cardio will do 20 after lunch 20 after dinner DID
7. 120 min. Cardio
8. 100 min. so far... saving last 20 for after dinner
9. 80 of my 120 so far... and 30 min strengthening done
10.



goal daily 120 min...
I usually do 80min. am. then 20min after lunch then 20min after dinner
Mon. Fri. 30 min. strengthening
