I am still on track keeping it simple

only prob is... I am STILL 168...

I am determined to reach 165 by Aug...

that will be my 50 lbs. lost mark... wow its been tough... and I have been doing everything right...

I am still on track KEEPing it SIMPLE...

wt. staying at 168, but can tell my body is shifting and changing due to exercising.... wish i didnt have that darn scale number stuck in my head so working on that... I am in a size 10 comfortably also labels read mediums wooohoo.... still working on that scale numbe... would love to see 165 for Aug... cause will be 1 year since I DECLARED I was gonna loose weight... and would love to say I LOST 50 lbs total... woohooo

Week 2 Check In

Yep*Continue to go to my trainer twice a week
Yep*Continue to walk to and from work each day
More needed*Add in more exercise at home - elliptical/resistance bands/bosu/boxing any of these is good!
Yep*Continue to work towards eating breakfast daily
Not Yet!*Get to the point where I can confidentally say I am a size 16 instead of an 18.
Yep*Listen to Paul McKenna ICMYT cd daily
Yep*Take care of my sleep needs
It's cut out...*start sewing the wedding dress!!

HOW exciting... CONGRATS...I love sewing ... (I made my wedding dresses... this is my second over 23 yrs... first well that one didnt last long )

revising my July...

Keeping it Simple... staying on track...

July is starting off with me at...

168 lbs.... BUT... I am now in size 10's

no more larges now in mediums...
so my exercising is paying off

For July I would like

to start July at. 157-159 lbs.
and then July end 153-155 lbs.



I would love to be able to do more activities with hubby... and at those weights I should be able too...

Aug. is my trip to Calif... and would love to show up at a healthy size 10 weighing in at 150 - 155 lbs

july goals to catch my limit of salmon and to be able to keep up with the 2 sons and grandson who will be here. I want to be able to do clamming without running out of ump...loose more weight...
