Sorry was not here the last few days Saturday and Sunday at way too much and only tracked about half of it...Yesterday only had 411 caloriews to try and make up for it so dind't bother entering it here..

Late snack: 4 cups popcorn- 122 8 oz 0% milk with 1/2 carnation- 151
DAY TOTAL: (might add another snack tonight) 1,455 C, 218 carbs, 23g fat, 79g protein.
I SWEAR: popcorn is a healthy filler :) eat the serving of protein, frùit and milk, then fill ùp on popcorn and veggies.. thats how I do it :) thoùgh, NO OIL ALLOWED!! i get a bag of popcorn seeds. pùt them in a brown bag, seal it by tearing the tops into little tabs and folding, then pop it :) sprinkle a little chili powder on top :) yùmmm
