Sorry was not here the last few days Saturday and Sunday at way too much and only tracked about half of it...Yesterday only had 411 caloriews to try and make up for it so dind't bother entering it here..

Breakfast

Bacon maple flavoured Smoked ham, 3 serving 50
Bread 100% Whole Wheat Equality, 1 serving 160
cheese swiss black dimond slices, 2 serving 70

Breakfast TOTALS: 280

Lunch

Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 147 grams 21 4 0 1
Radishes, 83 grams 13
Cucumber (peeled), 138 grams 17
Onions, raw, 41 grams 16
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped 40
catalina kraft, 3 serving 45

Lunch TOTALS: 151 Calories

1am snack (I dont sleep ntil 3 or 4am)
spicy tomato sop (watered down) with tna, rice and parsley- 195

Breakfast:
2 hardboiled eggs- 155
6 cps air-popped popcorn (no oil at all!)- 180
1 cp fat free milk with 1/2 package carnation instant breakfast chocolate flavored- 151
1 small banana- 93

TOTAL: 582 (my biggest meal of the day ;)
check ot all that fiber and protein!!


Lunch: Not hungry
1/2 carnation instant breakfast, 8 oz 0% milk- 151


Dinner:

DAY TOTAL: (might add another snack tonight) 1,455 C, 218 carbs, 23g fat, 79g protein.


I SWEAR: popcorn is a healthy filler :) eat the serving of protein, frit and milk, then fill p on popcorn and veggies.. thats how I do it :)
thogh, NO OIL ALLOWED!! i get a bag of popcorn seeds. pt them in a brown bag, seal it by tearing the tops into little tabs and folding, then pop it :) sprinkle a little chili powder on top :) ymmm

Just another way to give us all an idea of how we are doing..Lets post our allowed Calories then post our meals...I am allowed 1260-1610 daily and here is what I have had for breakfast...Helen

yogurt astro 100g fat free, 200 gram 80

Breakfast TOTALS: 200 Calories


As the day goes on will edit and add my meals and snacks...

Cucumber (peeled), 116 grams 14
Onions, raw, 47 grams 18
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.62 cup, chopped 25
Equality Creamy Caesar Dressing, 3 tbsp 90

Afternoon Snack
herbed Chicken Noodle H.R., 1 serving 194

Snack Total: 194 calories

Beef, top sirloin, 264 grams 533
