1. get back to 170 lbs... and off this plateau
(170 - 175)

2. Simplify my creativity room and org. all my creativity stuff...

3. go to gym 3-4 times per week

4. get finances stable and organized...

My January Goals:

1. Drink my daily servings of water.

2. Go to bed at a decent time every night.

3. do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week

4. Do 2 days of strength training each week.

My January Goals.

1. Drop those 2 lbs I gained over Christmas and 2 more.

2. Workout at gym at least 5 days a week.

3. Do 3 weight training sessions each week.

4. Shrink 1-2 cms on my waist & tummy/belly button area.

My January goals:
1. lose 5 lbs
2. dance 30 minutes 5 nights/week on the wii
3. Drink 10 glasses of water each day
4. lose 3 inches

I hope these sound realistic. I really tried to make them realistic.

*Lose another 2 inches

*Run 20 miles minimum each week
