Hey! If you didn't see it on our general discussion forum, our July Big Challenge is Abs! So any core workout like abs crunches at least 3 to 4 times a week works. Post your progress on THIS forum. I am a little behind so I am doing 2 workouts today and 2 tomorrow, then the new week starts on Sunday. Good Luck!!!!
