I also think this would be an awesome challenge. I think abs are what most people want to get into shape (especially in the summer time). I would also be intrested in learning more ways to work my obliques and hip area.

I think this is a WONDERFUL idea. Abs are probably my biggest weakness. I think 3-4 times a week would be a good idea!

Come on guys! Don't be shy! Let's hear those ideas!!!I was thinking of making a abs challenge:Doing at least 2 sets (15 Reps) of crunches every other day of the week (4 to 5 times a week). What do you guys think?

Hi all! So every month we are going to have a BIG Challenge! Now don't get worried, it won't be anything too drastic. What I say big challenge I mean a physical challenge. Like doing at least two core work outs a week or cardio for 4 days out of the week. Now we are in week 3 of June so i figured why don't we try to figure out what we want to challenge ourselves with for the month of July. Post your ideas up here on this topic.Once i get the general consensus I will post another topic telling everyone what the challenge will officially be. I would like to post this by this Sunday (June.27th). To keep things consistent we will always discuss ideas for challenges every third week of the previous month, and post the official challenge on the 4th Sunday of the previous month. Can't wait to hear your ideas!!! emoticon
