I reached my exercise minutes goal for January. I finally got well. I did a 5K on my treadmill last week and another one this week. Yesterday I got on my stationary bike.

I do have long legs, but I took a few months break and can't run that fast any longer. It's going to take a while to work my way back up and I'll still be relatively slow.

I'm glad you are feeling better and were able to get on the treadmill.

Way to go TWEETP for your exercise minutes. I looked at your stats on the bottom of your post. You must have long legs. You did a 10K in the time it took me to do a 5K LOL. But, I have short legs (a 25 inch inseam).

I finally feel better. I did a 5K on my treadmill this week.

I got hit with the sore throat again this weekend. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow if I can get in. I really am looking forward to getting back on an exercise program. I have been successful on logging my food for 8 days now. That's got the scale moving in the right direction.

The good thing about this challenge is that you set your own exercise minutes goal. Only you know how much you can do.

I am going to wait a day or two before gettting back on the treadmill. I've been sick and need to make sure I let myself rest and get well. I'm excited to get started.
