I did a lot of walking yesterday while I was shopping then I did a lot of walking while I was working my stores today. I'm also having good days with my eating. Donald brought in some cake on Saturday and I have not even thought about eating any of it. WOO HOO !!

Oops, I forgot which thread I was on. The only exercise I got yesterday was doing housework. I am organizing my office and cleaning out stuff that doesn't belong in there. Today I go work my two Walgreen stores where I maintain the Hallmark card aisle. After that I'm going to take a walk in that park I found.

Way to go Rollercoaster6 for maintaining your weight loss. I believe that is harder than losing the weight in the first place. I was doing good until my husband's best friend passed away unexpectedly in April 2011. We have made several trips to NC from Texas to visit and help his wife. I have gained back 15 pounds over the year and a half. I feel lucky that 15 is all I have gained but I feel really bloated this morning and I am so ready to get it back off plus another 10.

We can do it together !!!

I go to the gym three times a week and do 60 minutes of cardio (about 35 eliptical and 5 minutes row machine then walk the treadmill for 20). I have maintained my 30lb loss for two years but now I am ready to move on to the next level. I need to step it up in order to get back into weight loss mode and out of maintenance mode.

I just finished a 30 minute Biggest Loser DVD workout. I have also been working around the house but, I"m not logging the housework. It was too light.

Yeah !!! I counted two hours of walking while at work. I worked about 7 hours but I only count a couple of them. THEN I went to a new park that has a walking trail. I walked 31 minutes at a brisk pace. I feel great !!!
