We have over 15,000 team members. In December 2011 our team logged 21,576 exercise minutes. The new Class team that I co-lead has logged over 200,000 exercise minutes with a little over 6,000 members.
MY goal as a leader is to help you get back on the exercise track.
GOAL : Set yourself a weekly exercise minutes goal. It can be as little as 30 minutes per week or as many as you can do. Let us know your goal then come back to the team page and this thread to post your progress. I look forward to seeing our exercise minutes go up in January 2012.
