emoticon Early this morning while I was at work (I worked 10 PM - 8:30AM) I walked 3.21 miles with a Leslie Sansone Video, making the 30th Day of 100 Days of 5Ks (a Challenge on a Facebook Jogging Team that I belong to. I DON'T Jog, but they like me anyway, LOL).
emoticon After I got off work this morning I went to the Gym near my Job and did 30 Minutes on the Recumbent Bike (7.36 miles) before going to my Second Job.


emoticon This evening, I went to the Goldsfit Class at my Home Gym.

emoticon I really thought today was going to be a Slow Day, Exercise Wise! I wasn't even sure that I would get in my 10,000 Steps in. But I am already over 10,000 and it is still 2 hours until Bedtime. Guess I was wrong about that, LOL!

I did stage 3-a today. It kicked my butt!!! Doing the plank 3 times for 90 seconds is tough. And then the end you have to do 24 squats, 24 lunges, 24 jump lunges & 24 jump squats. rest then do it again. Yeah, I didn't even finish the first set. Then I went out and did yard work. I'm done. I just want to sit, I don't even want to take a shower. :-)

I did stage 2-A for the third time yesterday. Boy this stage feels like it is going quick! Today I walked 4.5 miles. I am starting to feel a difference in my body now that I’m lifting. I like it!!!

emoticon Yes, it looks like we are on Opposite Schedules, Denise! Right now with my work Schedule, it works out better to do the Lifting Sunday -Wednesday -Friday. I walk or do the Bike or Treadmill the other days. A lot of times my walking is at least partly just walking Laps in the house while my Client is sleeping.
