I am just about to hit the second stage and I plan to decrease the weight for the first exercise just to make sure I don't injure myself. From there I'll judge whether or not to go up to my normal weight (at this time 130 lbs).
I think it's important to listen to your body. Try it out and see how it goes...
I was just wondering what you were using for deadlift weight when you ended stage 1 and your starting weight when you began wide grip deadlift from box. Did it stay the same or did you have to decrease? if you decreased how much?
