So, we ended up taking a 2 week rest period between 4 and 5 because we got sick/lazy and Sunday, we did 5A1.
Um, I can barely sit down, let alone get up! My legs and back and shoulders are SO SORE! It was intense! 4 sets of 4 is rough. THEN body weight matrix? Ouch.
But it was epic - I completed the BWM in 1:58!! W00t!
