Well, you're SUPPOSED to do 3 sets of 90 secs. I'm afraid I could only do 3 sets of 75 secs. I'm going to try for 80 on Friday.

Just started Stage 3 this morning. Going to have to get better at those 3 sets of 90 sec. planks for sure.
