A few weeks ago, I sent out an email regarding a possible challenge for the month of April. While I didn't get a lot of responses, I felt that there would be enough desire to give it a shot.
So I challenge YOU (and myself) to a consistency challenge. Lets see who can strength train (following the New Rules workouts) 3 times per week for the month!!
